To cleanse the colon is the most important first step in any health programme. You have to clean up before you repair and rebuild. By eliminating built up toxins first, you provide the body with an opportunity to restore vitality. There are many ways to cleanse the colon or to achieve an intestinal flush. However I believe there is no better way to cleanse the colon than with oxygen due to it’s effectiveness and gentleness. That’s why I’ve chosen Oxy-Powder as my preferred oxygenising colon cleanse.
How best to use Oxy-Powder™ capsules
Cleansing: Oxy-Powder™ capsules can be used as an intestinal cleansing agents or to relieve the symptoms of acute constipation. Start by taking two (2) capsules in the evening on an empty stomach with a full 8 oz. glass of water. If you do not achieve 2-3 bowel movements the following day, you will then increase the dosage by adding one (1) capsules every night until you achieve 2-3 bowel movements the following day. Once you find your dosage, this is day one (1) of the seven (7) day cleanse. You will stay on this dosage for seven (7) consecutive days. After the seven (7) day cleanse, take the maintenance dose as directed. You will want to start slowly and gradually progress with the dosage.
Maintenance: Use the number of capsules it takes for you to move once a day. This is very much an individual amount but you should have a good idea after the seven day cleanse. This can be taken indefinitely without becoming habit forming or harmful to the body.
- We suggest drinking lots of pure water. This is not only healthy for the body but will aid the body in eliminating toxins from the bowel at a faster rate.
- Oxy-Powder™ works with your own body’s HCL (stomach acid); if your level of HCL is below normal, it may hinder the effectiveness of the Oxy-Powder™. We suggest squeezing an organic lemon wedge into the 8 oz. glass of purified water taken with the oxy powder in the evening.
Suggested diet while taking Oxy-Powder™
Eat a healthy live food based diet. In addition, increase the amount of water you drink. Eliminate any fizzy drinks, caffeine, and alcohol. Eliminate your intake of white sugar, fried foods, white flour, & pasteurized dairy, etc. Our recommended diet is fresh fruit in the morning, a salad and a carbohydrate source for lunch and a protein meal for dinner.
